Yes. One Advisory Review is worked at a time. Additional accepted requests are handled in the order accepted. Each accepted request counts toward the billing cycle in which it was accepted.

Yes. A designated team member may submit requests on behalf of the purchasing business. The membership may cover brands or Amazon accounts owned and operated by that business. It cannot be shared across unrelated businesses, client accounts, or third parties.

Yes. Include only the materials needed to understand the issue. Never include passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated customer data. If your organization has specific security or retention requirements, confirm them before uploading files.

Yes. Reasonable same-topic follow-up questions are included for 7 calendar days after delivery. Same-topic follow-up does not use another Advisory Review and is handled separately from the review queue. After the 7-day follow-up period, or when the question introduces a new issue, different item, or materially broader analysis, a new Advisory Review is required.

Membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. Any Advisory Review accepted before the paid cycle ends will still be completed, even if delivery occurs afterward. No new requests may be accepted after membership ends. The seven-calendar-day same-topic follow-up window after delivery remains available even if membership ends.

Sign in to your Membership Account and, under My Memberships, choose Cancel for AMZ Specialist Access. Review the paid-through date, then choose Yes, cancel this membership. Future renewal will stop, and your membership will remain active through the displayed date. If you cannot sign in, use Lost Password? on the login page. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law, and unused reviews have no cash value.
